History

The history of Metfarm begins in 2002, when the first, carefully and long-cherished version of alco bye® recipe version saw the light of day. Until then, the author of the recipe, doctor of medical sciences and doctor narcologist Leonid Cudechky, former head of the narcology department of Valmiera Hospital, has for many years carefully studied scientific research on the effects of various plants and natural substances on the human body, detoxifying it from the breakdown products of alcohol. In later years, his wife Ninela Cudechky, who is a doctor and pharmacist by profession, also comes to help with his life's work. Narcologist and pharmacist - it is an ideal combination for research work.

When asked why he chose to become a narcologist, Dr. Cudechky answers that when he was studying at the Medical Institute, his apartment neighbor was an alcoholic. Being in front of a live example every day, he became scientifically interested in understanding what happens in the body under the influence of alcohol and how to treat such people.
